Chilled Shabu-Shabu Noodles with Sesame Sauce
A soul satisfying dish of chilled somen noodles topped with shabu-shabu pork. Noodles by themselves tend to feel bland, but this recipe combines meat and vegetables for a delicious and balanced meal in one plate. Perfect for the hotter summer months, this appetizing dish is enhanced with vinegar and garlic flavored sesame sauce.

Add the salt and sake to 3 to 4 cups of boiling water (enough water to boil the pork in). Add the thinly sliced pork into the water and cook until the pork is no longer pink.
