Easy Coffee Jelly Cubes
Go to any convenience store in Japan and you'll find coffee jelly, a tasty dessert that consists of coffee-flavored gelatin topped with or soaked in fresh cream. This recipe teaches you how to make the beloved dessert in just 10 minutes (prep & cooking). It's easy to make and is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Add powdered gelatin to cold water and mix until smooth. Prepare a stainless steel container and dampen it slightly with water.
Heat ingredients A in a pot. Once the granulated sugar has melted, add the gelatin and mix.
Once the mixture has cooled, pour it into the container. Refrigerate and let it harden.
Once the mixture has hardened into a jelly state, place the container in a tray with hot water. This will help you remove the jelly from the mold. Cut the jelly into 2 cm cubes. Serve the jelly cubes in a cup, add gum syrup and heavy cream. Garnish with mint.
