Instructions

STEP 1

Combine the A ingredients in a pot and whisk. Heat on medium.

STEP 2

Turn the heat off just before the mixture reaches boiling point. Prepare four containers. Pour until half of each one.

STEP 3

Once the matcha mixture hardens into a solid state, combine ingredients B in a pot and heat on medium.

STEP 4

Turn the heat off just before the mixture reaches boiling point. Pour in the containers. Let cool before storing in the fridge.
  • Agar powder get melt just before boiling. Please stop the heat after big foams appear. If the heat is too low, the agar powder will not get melt so please be careful.
  • Cooking time is the time excluding the time to cool and harden. Agar usually hardens in about 30 minutes.
