Japanese Style Fried Rice
We introduce a fried rice recipe that is a bit different from Chinese version. You will find the scent of garlic, ginger and a touch of soy-sauce tantalizing! As with any good fried rice, basically any vegetables will do. Enjoy this delicious Japanese-style classic.

Finely chop garlic and ginger, and cut carrots and shiitake mushrooms into 7~8mm cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry garlic and ginger over low heat. Once the scent of the garlic and ginger are in the air, add ground pork and stir-fry well over high heat.
Add carrots, shiitake mushrooms and rice into the frying pan. Stir-fry until rice grains are no longer sticking with each other. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Add chopped leek and continue to stir-fry lightly. Serve on plate and enjoy!
