- 15.87 oz Carrots
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Miso
Peel the carrots and slice them thinly with a peeler. Massage the salt into the carrots with your hands.
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, olive oil, soy sauce and miso. Combine with carrots and you're done!
