  • oz Fresh onions
  • 2.1  oz Tomato
    • A
    • 0.6  cup Water
    • 0.5  tsp Chicken bouillon
  • 1.2  oz Tuna
  • 0.7  oz Shredded cheese
  • 0.4  oz Frozen edamame (thawed and removed from the pods)

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, cut off the top and bottom, and make a cross-shaped cut in the top half of the onion.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.

Step 2

Put onions, tomatoes, and ingredients (A) in a deep soup dish, cover softly with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600w for 10 minutes.

Remove from microwave. Add the tuna and shredded cheese on top of the onions and sprinkle with the edamame (thawed and removed from the pods).
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
