  • fillets Cod (0.2lb / 100g per serving)
  • a pinch Salt
  • tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 0.2  lb Scallion
  • Small tomatoes
  • 0.25  lemon
  • 0.71  tbsp Butter
  • tbsp Sake
  • tsp Soy sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Preparation
Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle lightly with salt and coat lightly with all-purpose flour.

Cut scallions into chunks. Cut small tomatoes in half. Cut the lemon into thin slices.

Step 3

Put butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add cod and scallions and cook over medium heat.

Step 4

When the cod and scallions are browned, place the lemon on top of the cod and add the small tomatoes. Add sake and cover with a lid. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Finally, add soy sauce and cook briefly.
