STEP 1
- Mince the Japanese leek (white part) and ginger for Ingredient A. - Cut the lettuce into long strips.
STEP 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then and sake and Japanese leek (green part only). Add the chicken. Turn the heat off once the water starts boiling again. Let it cool for about 20 minutes. *By boiling the chicken with sake and the green part of the leek, you can remove the smell of the chicken. *The chicken will not get too hard if you leave it in hot water after turning off the heat.
