Adding Japanese soup stock to beaten eggs is a tip for added umami. You can also add crab meat instead of bacon. The green, yellow and pink colors will add a colorful touch to your table.

- 4.23 oz Green bell peppers
- 2.65 oz Bacon
- 2 Eggs
- a little Salt
- a little Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Granulated Japanese soup stock
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Cut green pepper into thin strips and bacon into small pieces.
Add vegetable oil to frying pan and cook bacon over medium heat. Add the green pepper and stir-fry.
Combine egg with soup stock, salt and pepper. Beat well. Pour egg mixture into pan and fry, stirring frequently. Take off heat onto a plate once eggs are of desired doneness.
