A simple but delicious fried rice with leek and crab sticks! The leek and crab sticks cook very quickly for a dish that is complete in a mere 15 minutes!
By mixing the cooked rice and beaten egg together before frying, the egg coats the rice making them less sticky once cooked.
Enjoy the sweetness of the crab sticks on the go!
- 2 bowls Coocked rice
- 2.12 oz Crab Stick (kanikama / Imitation crab)
- 0.07 oz Scallions
- 2 Eggs
- a little Salt
- a little Pepper
- 1 tsp Consommé powder
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- As needed Sesame oil
Chop scallions and crab stick(imitation crab) into bite-size pieces.
Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry scallions and crab stick.
Mix the cooked rice and beaten eggs well, then add to the pan and mix evenly with the ingredients.
Add consommé powder, soy sauce, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
Serve on plate and enjoy hot.
