Tofu Topped with Roasted Ground Chicken
Simple tofu can be transformed into a hearty dish with some savory chicken! This recipe is also recommended as a side dish, going well with steamed rice or as a snack with sake. Tofu is a healthy ingredient that is rich in protein on its own, but a little meat balances out the nutrition content of the dish.

Wrap silken tofu in a paper towel, place it on a microwave safe plate and heat at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
The outer layer of the leek should be removed and cut into thin strips (will be used as raw topping). The inner leek can then also be cut into thin strips (will be cooked with ground chicken).
Add vegetable oil to heated pan and add the inner leek and ground chicken. Cook until chicken browns. Add grilled meat sauce and cook until the juices evaporate.
Cut tofu into 4 pieces and place on a plate. Add ground chicken from step 3 and shredded leek on top of the tofu to finish.
