Here is a basic soy sauce-based dressing. It is a great dressing for lettuce and other leafy salads, but also goes well with tomatoes, avocados, onions and many other foods. This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for two to three weeks.
- 3.4 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.42 cup Vegetable oil
Add vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl and mix.
Add the vegetable oil a little at a time and mix well.
Storage time: two to three weeks in the refrigerator
