The garlic miso flavor is very mouthwatering. Thick deep-fried tofu makes it a hearty dish. In addition to Napa cabbage, you can use cabbage, bell peppers, green onions, and many other vegetables.
- 0.12 Napa cabbage (250g/9oz per 2 servings)
- 5 oz Atsuage / Thick deep fried tofu
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Grated garlic
Cut napa cabbage and Atsuage (thick deep-fried tofu) into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasonings in A well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add napa cabbage and thick deep-fried tofu. Add seasoning A, mix well and fry for 1 minute.
- Instead of napa cabbage, you can use cabbage, green onions, or green pepper.
- The water easily comes out of the napa cabbage and becomes watery if the heat is too low, so use a high medium heat.
