  • oz Atsuage / Thick deep fried tofu
  • tsp Vegetable oil

    • tbsp Miso
    • tbsp Sake
    • tsp Sugar
    • 0.5  tsp Grated garlic

Instructions

Step 1

Cut napa cabbage and Atsuage (thick deep-fried tofu) into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the seasonings in A well.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add napa cabbage and thick deep-fried tofu. Add seasoning A, mix well and fry for 1 minute.

Tips

  • Instead of napa cabbage, you can use cabbage, green onions, or green pepper.
  • The water easily comes out of the napa cabbage and becomes watery if the heat is too low, so use a high medium heat.
