- 1 Sweet potato
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- to taste Black sesame
Wash the sweet potato well. Peel and cut into sticks. Place in water.
Place the sweet potato sticks on a sheet of kitchen paper to dry.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Saute the sweet potato sticks.
Once the sweet potato sticks are fried to a crisp, add ingredients A and mix.
Top with black sesame as preferred.
