Salmon and Avocado Salad with Rice

This quick and easy donburi or rice bowl is packed with nutrition, with brown rice, salmon, and vegetables as the main ingredients. All you need to do is cut and serve!

  • bowls Brown rice (cooked)
  • 3.53  oz Salmon
  • leaves Green leaf lettuce
  • 0.5  Avocado
  • Cherry tomato
    • A
    • tbsp Miso
    • 0.5  tbsp Honey
    • tbsp Vinegar
    • 0.5  tbsp Olive oil
    • 0.02  oz Black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Slice the salmon and tear the green leaf lettuce into bite-size pieces. Cube the avocado. Cut the cherry tomatoes vertically into 4 equal parts.

Step 2

Mix the A ingredients (sauce).

Step 3

Serve brown rice in a bowl. Place the salmon and vegetables on top and dress with the sauce from step 2.

Tips

The sauce containing miso of fermented food and honey which is rich in oligosaccharide has a synergistic effect with dietary fiber of brown rice to adjust the condition of stomach.
