What is Veganism?
What does “vegan” and “veganism” mean? You may have heard of it on social media, where health-conscious media personalities claim its benefits. Like vegetarians, vegans don't eat meat or fish. But they usually take it one step further by not consuming any dairy products or eggs. For this reason, they are sometimes called perfectionist vegetarians.

The idea is that they do not just have a vegetarian diet but lead a lifestyle of avoiding the exploitation of animals as much as possible, not only in their food but also when it comes to clothing and daily life. For this reason, veganism attracts attention from moral and environmental protection points of views.

The Health Benefits for Veganism
A vegan diet has many benefits to the human body; it naturally cuts down the consumption of lipids so that it can have a diet-like effect; it is a vegetable-based diet, so it can also boost your immune system and help eliminate constipation. A downside is that vegans may experience protein deficiency by not eating meat or fish. Those practicing a vegan diet are recommended to consume high-quality oils such as avocados to have a nutritionally balanced diet.

You can also add any kinds of beans you like with the avocado used in this recipe.
