Stir-fried Udon Noodles

This filling noodle dish is easy to prepare. All you need is one frying pan to stir fry all the ingredients in. Enjoy the tasty medley of noodles, meat, and vegetables!

  • Udon noodles
  • 7.05  oz Sliced pork ribs
  • sheets Cabbage
  • 0.25  Onion
  • Green pepper
  • 0.25  Carrots
  • 0.5  bag Bean sprouts
  • tbsp Vegetable oil
    • A
    • tbsp Soy sauce
    • 0.08  tsp Salt
    • 0.08  tsp Pepper


Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil, cook the udon noodles, and strain.

Step 2

Cut the pork ribs into bite-sized pieces. Shred the cabbage. Slice the onion into long strips. Julienne the green pepper and carrot.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir fry the meat and vegetables. Once the meat has browned and the vegetables have softened, add the noodles and stir fry for a few more minutes.

Step 4

Add ingredients A, toss, then serve on a plate.
